A Tiny Fiesta of Nature

What a fun insect to find munching in these tiny orange flowers! I have no idea on an ID for the flowers but my first guess that this is a beetle was very wrong. Turns out this insect is a MOTH! I did a search online and found it is a Ailanthus Webworm Moth, seen in Iowa City early in the morning. This image was taken at the same outing as the previous images, all nature in detail.
If you look on a google search for this insect there are over 4,000 images showing this amazing orange insect, here.
Stolen from Nature :( Furti di Natura

Some bastards were trying to bring these animals illegally to Italy. They were wrapped up and sealed in packages, trying to pass them as Toys, but the customs at the Airport of Rome discovered many of these beautiful creatures. And now they have found shelter in the Bio Park of Rome, among many other reptiles.
